Synopsis:

From Germany to Murmansk, Honey Baby is a magical mystery tour that follows the Greek myth of Orpheus and Eurydice.

Tom (Orpheus) is an American songwriter and musician, who, after many years on the road, ends up in Germany. He used to be an established artist, but lately has lacked motivation, and writing and performing new songs has become more and more of a burden. He is ready to return back home to America, but before that, he is obliged to do a club tour through the Baltic countries.

Natascha (Eurydice) is Russian. She has always dreamt of being a ballet dancer, but her career never took off the way she hoped for. She has come to Germany to marry Karl (Aristaios), a wealthy businessman, who offers her a luxurious life and a German passport. Her only problem is that she doesn‘t love Karl. Karl, on the contrary, is obsessed with Natascha. Just before the wedding Natascha runs away.

Natascha‘s and Tom‘s paths cross in Kaliningrad. Neither of them is in the mood for falling in love, in fact they do everything possible to not let their feelings rule over them, but they can’t escape their destiny.
